We are located at Demant’s global head quarter just 20 km outside Copenhagen. Demant is a global leader within Hearing Aids and related products, and we are responsible for hearing care product from brands such as Oticon, Philips and Interacoustics.
Drive Sales Acceleration Projects globally
Your responsibility will be to drive Sales Acceleration Projects with our top 10 markets. The position is new but will build on the foundation of previous successful projects. In this role you will dhandle projects with both global and local stakeholders. Projects are generally 2-3 months long, dedicated to one country at a time – supporting Sales Managers and GMs in pinpointing opportunities for improvements that deliver financial impact within 12 months.

Are you our new colleague?
You probably have a degree in business, management, strategy, finance, economics, or similar, that you completed with Honors. This combined with training from Management Consultancy and several years of practice in driving decision processes through delivery of insights, business cases, discussion documents, and workshop facilitation.

- Act as an In-House consultant delivering tangible value to local Sales Managers and General Managers
- Leading small but high-profile projects (1-3 team members) from scoping to the managerial decisions for implementation
- Actively engage in project delivery (performing numerical analysis and communication materials)
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops with Sales Leaders – both physical and virtual
- Build relationships and support markets as country liaison on Commercial Excellence related subjects. (Segmentation, Targeting, Key Account Management, Local Launch Execution, Sales Management etc.)
You should expect approximately 40 travel days a year.
Are you our new colleague?

The optimal candidate can checkmark most of the following:
- 2-3 years’ experience from Management Consulting – preferably combined with experience as an in-house consultant in a global setting
- A great communicator with proven stakeholder management skills
- Super user in Excel and proficiency in building compelling slides in PowerPoint
- Experience with how process and data insights can impact Sales
- Experience with Life Science, Pharma, or Medical Device industries (beneficial but not a must)
