Delivering HR support across Demant sites
In your new job, you will be part of a professional and dynamic HR group of app. 40 people at our HQ in Denmark.
You will be supporting our Hearing Aid Quality Function across our sites in DK and Poland and become part of an organization where delivering flawless solutions is at the essence of reaching our business ambitions.
Hearing Instrument Group is on an exciting transformation journey to achieve long-term #1 position in the market. You will be a central part in supporting the strategy realization through a strong change and development focus. You will be responsible for making strategic business initiatives concrete by driving organizational change and effectiveness.
You can look forward to a wide portfolio of exciting tasks and projects, but the most important and continuous will be the areas listed below:
• Be a trusted advisor to the Quality Leadership team in leading/supporting the transformation of the organization, people, and culture.
• Sparring with leaders on leadership activities, people processes and organizational development.
• Being an integrated part of the execution of the business strategy.
• Drive annual HR processes such as Performance management (align KPI’s, goal setting, incentive allocation and year-end review), Engagement surveys and Talent management.
You will be part of a team of 5 HR Business Partners dedicated to our Hearing Instrument Group. You will work in close collaboration with your HR colleagues and the business leaders of the Quality Function, and you will have a joint responsibility for ensuring collaboration and harmonization of Human Resource/People related processes, services, programs, and approaches.
You will report directly to the Director of HR Business Partnering for the Hearing Instrument Group
Strong business understanding and a proven track record
In order to be a good fit for the job, it is important that you have strong experience from an HR Business Partner role where you have supported global/international business functions, driven change initiatives and worked with organizational design in an international setting.
Your experience has given you a unique ability to combine a strategic mindset with execution skills in a result-driven approach. This allows you to work confidently with organizational design and implementation.
As a person you are characterized by your strong business understanding that enables you to demonstrate good judgment in the business units on a daily basis as well as when you participate in senior leadership decision-making activities. Communication is second nature to you, and you fully master stakeholder management in a matrix-organization. Mastering data and analytics to enable stronger decision-making processes is key to you.
