Become a part of the Global Training team
As International Trainer, you will be part of the Global Training & Sales Enablement team within the Commercial Operation’s function consisting of fifteen dedicated colleagues. The team has an important role in bringing our business forward by delivering high-quality training solutions that ensure our Demant organizations globally maintain a high knowledge with regards to products, technologies, audiology and fitting systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for the team’s effort to develop training materials and activities to equip our local wholesale organizations to professionally train Demant Hearing Care professionals to be competent fitters of Oticon solutions. You will do this by being part of a team who constantly develops new and innovative training materials and methods to help Demant remain a world leader in professional training. Using your creativity along with your audiological and technological knowledge, you will create presentations, videos, and e-learning that support hearing care professionals to understand Oticon products and be able to counsel their clients on the benefits of these solutions.
Your main tasks will be to:

Our working language is English and business travel (approx. 20 days per year) should be expected.
This full-time position is based at the Demant Head Office in Smørum, Denmark, and applicants outside of Denmark should be willing to relocate for the role.

- Maintain a high knowledge of our hearing solutions, fitting software, accessories and features
- Use your knowledge to create training materials in various formats that work in a train-the-trainer set-up that are relevant for hearing care professionals
- Conduct live webinar training of local wholesale training teams equipping them with knowledge to pass on the training to local Demant Hearing Care professionals
- Work closely with key stakeholders in the Demant’s Hearing Care organization, Product Marketing, Applied Audiological Research and Marketing teams in the development of training materials
Are you a tech proficient educational content creator?

We are looking for applicants with the following background and skills:
- An educational background within Audiology or Hearing Sciences
- A couple of years of work experience fitting hearing aids in a busy clinic
- Experience within the hearing aid industry or medical device industry
- A positive attitude and effective stakeholder management skills
- Good communication skills both orally and written that enables you to craft communication to your target audience with crystal clear messages
- Experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint, graphical layouts, Learning Management Systems and the principles of storylining
- Finally, you need to be comfortable presenting to large audiences with confidence
