Welcome to team Digital Signal Processing
You will join our committed and highly skilled DSP Team, which is part of the Audiological Solutions group within R&D. We are innovators in our business and develop advanced audiological solutions for our future hearing aids. We are working with new state-of-the-art technologies within signal processing and machine learning.

We work in an agile setup, and in your daily work, you will be part of a scrum team with 8-10 team members with different competencies and backgrounds, where you work together to enhance audio processing and improve hearing aid functionality.

You will develop build/test framework for automatic tests used in the DSP area and develop audio/signal processing tools for Hearing Solutions. You will also contribute to tools roadmap in close collaboration with architects and other stakeholders.

Tools for signal processing is your thing!
You hold a degree in engineering with a background in signal processing, computer science or similar. You have some experience with simulation tools and test automation within the DSP domain. In addition, you can probably tick off many of the following competencies:
We work with TeamCity and Simulink, so if you don’t already know them, you should be willing to dive into them.
As a person, you would describe yourself as someone, who works well within teams and likes technical challenges. You possess good communication skills, both orally and in writing and appear to be systematic, creative, and investigative. You are focused and motivated with a supporting mentally. You are motivated by dealing with numerous stakeholders and collaborating closely with your team colleagues.

- Be point of contact for Continuous Integration related matters.
- Build bridge between Feature Teams and Continuous Integration team.
- Idea generation and innovation projects for new tools and signal processing.
- Prototyping of new concepts.

- Experience with Python, Matlab and GIT
- Experience from test automation development
- Knowledge of best practices with software development
- Familiar with Windows or Linux environments for development.
