At Demant, we are pioneers in the world of hearing healthcare and audiology. We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Master Data Solutions Specialist to join our team and play an essential role in shaping the foundation for our product master data across Demant.
Responsibilities
As a Master Data Solutions Specialist, you will be a key player in our organization's data landscape, facilitating impactful initiatives across various domains. Your role involves driving solution design and analysis, actively participating in product launch projects, and conducting thorough impact assessments for upcoming system changes. Leveraging your knowledge of master data management principles, you will maintain the integrity and accuracy of our product data, playing a central role in its organization and effective management.
You will be collaborating with stakeholders across the business, contributing to the development and documentation of business processes and data governance practices, as well as taking the lead in continuous improvement tasks, proactively identifying and addressing improvement possibilities within our master data solutions.

Note
While we offer flexible working conditions with flexible work hours and the possibility to work from home when needed, due to the collaborative nature of our work, this is an on-site position located at our Copenhagen office. Occasional international travel (5-10 days per year) can be expected as part of the job.

Your Role
To excel in this role, we value:
- Logical and Structured Mindset: Adept at approaching complex problems with a logical and structured mindset, capable of analyzing situations methodically and making informed decisions.
- Technical Background: Technical qualifications such as an IT or Engineering degree are preferred. However, professional experience in business/data analysis, information architecture, or product configuration is equally desirable.
- Experience with Master Data Management: Understanding of master data management principles and practices. Your knowledge will be pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our product data.
- Experience in Business Process Creation and Documentation: A track record in creating and updating business processes documents engaging a wide range of stakeholders. Your ability to translate complex processes into clear, actionable documentation is crucial.
- Positive Attitude and Strong Communication Skills: Positive, proactive mindset in approaching challenges and uncertainties. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical details clearly and concisely.
