Ensuring state-of-the-art HR systems in all global sites
In your new position as Head of HR-IT it will be your team’s responsibility to focus on translating HR needs into actual, business efficient IT solutions. Thus, your team configure, implement, and continuously update the IT systems that support the HR processes across Demant’s global sites. This will be done in very close collaboration with the HR Process Digitalization Team.
Based on your expert knowledge of IT systems, you help the HR function shape the future of the organization by leveraging the power of HR technology to drive strategic HR initiatives.
Your team consists of around 10 experienced HR-IT professionals located at multiple sites in the organization. Each team member focuses on specific HR domains such as e.g. ”Onboarding-Recruitment-Offboarding”, ”Rewards & Global Mobility” etc. thereby building up expert experience.
You will report to the Vice President of Enterprise Platforms, Infrastructure & Security – and be a part of the EPIS leadership team consisting of 10 other managers who support Demant across various IT areas.
Together you will be responsible for a great array of exciting and rewarding tasks such as:
• Roll-out of SAP SuccessFactors across Demant globally.
• Drive iteration tests and cooperate closely with HR Process Digitalization Team on UAT.
• Advise the HR Data Foundation team on the system aspects of the global HR data architecture, model and standards.
• Change and Release management.
• System maintenance.
• Integration maintenance, development, and implementation.
• License management and securing that we always use licenses the best way.
• Financial and budget management.
• Collaboration with various partners.
Together with your close stakeholders from HR, you will explore new technologies as well as get the most out of already existing systems. You implement best practices within HR-IT, and drive continuous improvement.
Finally, you stay tuned on the latest HR IT trends & solutions (not restricted to current Demant platforms) and share your insights with the HR Process Digitalization team as well as the Global IT team.
Expert IT system knowledge combined with customer focus
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have a deep understanding of IT systems, processes, and best practices as well as a good understanding of HR.
Your expertise is gained through previous experiences with successful implementations and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors in other companies with a multi-site setup. Alternatively, you have gotten your deep HR-IT knowledge within systems like: Workday, Oracle or other global HR solutions.
You have a deep understanding of customer needs, and you are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This includes continuously seeking feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
As a person you have strong project management skills and have experience from working in an environment where quality and delivery on time is on the agenda. Finally, you have a strategic and organizational mindset.
You are a charismatic and supportive leader for your multicultural team of employees. You know what it takes to keep people engaged and focus on inducing a strong sense of belonging and team spirit to people located in various time zones and across sites and cultural differences.
Last but not least, you are a good communicator with an informal, humorous and easy going nature.
