Technology and digitalization are the cornerstones of [xxxxx]s existence when developing, producing and selling high quality hearing aids helping people with hearing loss improving the quality of life.

Right now, we are streamlining our entire value chain replacing all the various global and local solutions in Hearing Care. More than 50 applications will be replaced during the next 8-10 years.

As part of the plan, we are implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO & CE in around 20 countries and more than 3.000 clinics – starting with France with the aim to get them onboard D365 FO very fast. Concurrently we are building a global template to onboard the countries subsequently. Further we are exchanging Navision for D365 FO in six countries.

Application Specialist – D365 FO, FIN


This is a brand-new position where you are part of shaping your position along the way.

Your close interaction with the whole organization from day one will quickly bring you up to speed with our way of running our business. Our thorough on-boarding plan will ensure you land smoothly in the job.

We expect you will take an outset in D365 FO “standard” and identify the business needs together with colleagues from global as well as local business and subsequently you will configure the solution and make sure it works as expected. Of course there will be needs for development, and here your colleagues in Poland are ready to engage.

You will also be part of preparing the user acceptance testing together with your colleagues from Business and Change Management.

Locally and globally, you might be the one who “train the trainer” - who typically are the different finance user and administrative personnel. Together with Business Process Owner and local finance you will create the training materials under the guidelines of our Change Manager. Some “training” will be performed virtually others onsite.

You are also getting involved in the migration coordinating with local IT and Finance and our migration team in IT. You will also be part of the go-live-support team, whenever we are at a new location.

At the end you hand it over to the Business Benefit & Support Team – which you also will be a part of being built the right way. France is your first of many countries.

Beside this you will most likely also participate in the Navision exchange and creating the global template for the transformation.

Change management-, communication- and interpersonal skills are important tools for you when promoting a standardized system in countries currently having tailored systems. The top management are aligned with this approach and will enable us to get support throughout the organization. Your direct manager has your back in all matters.

The job is located in Smørum, where you will have your everyday life. Expect around 20-40 travel days a year. For a start it will most likely be to France and Poland. A lot of the traveling will be together with your colleagues. Your team is social, and we like to explore the places we visit, so everything is not “just work”.

As you already know, this transformation will go on for years. But the career possibilities don’t stop there. You can become Track Lead or Team Lead in the project. You can follow more technical paths, becoming e.g. an Architect - or becoming Scrum Master or Project Manager. It all depends on your skills and dreams – and of course the timing. As you may sense, we would like to keep you in [xxxxx] for as long time as possible.

Team Sales & Operation – Global ERP


We are a diverse team of 11 in the Global ERP team belonging to Hearing Care IT. Your direct colleagues will be Business Analysts, Application Specialists, Product- and Solutions Architects, Scrum Masters, Project Managers and Change & Communication Specialists. A few are located outside Denmark - in Poland, Portugal and India.

Some of us have been in [xxxxx] for a long time, but we are all still new in this team trying to find our way. We already have a good team spirit, good collaboration, and are enthusiastic about the prospect of what we are about to do.

Torben Borre Frederiksen will be your manager. He has been here for less than six months but has already made a big impact in the department and in preparing the projects. Torben will be a big help for you entering this job

He is the down to earth kind of guy. He meets you at eye level. He prioritizes having time to spare and discussing the issues and ideas you have. He is very transparent. Who are you?


You have implemented D365 FO several times, preferably in retail - going through all the same steps as in our job and clearly understanding the processes within finance - with a broad business mindset. It would be nice if you have tried it globally as part of a larger organization, but it is not a requirement at all.

You communicate well with IT and the business part of the organization and can translate from one to another.

Other people will say that you have your arguments in order in the combination of the smoothness of a Change Manager. Both working in teams and independently you are proactive and outreaching.

We are working agile close to the Scaled Agile Framework with two weeks sprint and Azure DevOps to prioritize and manage our work. You too have some experience working agile.

Becoming part of an international company you are fluent in English.

If you on top of that also are someone others really enjoy working with, we will not be able to get our arms down.
