Join our dynamic Consumer Success team, an integral part of Global Marketing within 's Hearing Aid group. We are a team focused on providing high-quality app support for our hearing aid users worldwide. As we continue to enhance our support capabilities, we are focused on developing a solid support organization that includes a new first-line support setup, AI-driven support tools, and more support channels. Additionally, we aim to place a stronger emphasis on using market data and insights to elevate the support experience for our hearing aid users.
As our newest team member, you will be involved in enhancing our data analysis, insight gathering, and KPI practices. Your contributions will be vital in equipping the team with the data and insights needed to make informed, data-driven decisions. Additionally, you will be involved in sharing and presenting relevant market insights with stakeholders in Marketing, R&D, and Portfolio Management.
You will have the opportunity to run your own projects and initiatives while also collaborating with other team members on various tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
We are looking for a dynamic team member who likes working with data and possesses solid analytical skills. The ideal candidate has experience from projects with multiple stakeholders, can navigate complex organizations, and manages assignments to meet deadlines.
You should have a solid commercial mindset, great communication skills, and a good understanding of IT applications. We welcome candidates from various backgrounds, including those with a master’s degree in business, IT, or a related field, and some years of experience in a global company, as a consultant, or relevant student work experience.

The role

Key responsibilities include:
- Identify, clean and validate relevant data from various systems and applications.
- Manage data analytics initiatives across multiple projects to generate insights, identify trends, and highlight key focus areas.
- Generate insights and present these to stakeholders in Marketing, R&D, and Portfolio Management.
- Collaborate with the other team members to establish and maintain KPIs, reports, and data visualization (e.g. dashboards) for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Active involvement in projects to optimize and develop processes, systems and applications, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
