Training Coordinator for the Trial Management Anchor
Trial Management Anchor is looking for a Training Coordinator. In this job, you will be offered exciting challenges in setting up and coordinating training activities related to trial operations, as well as taking part in driving process improvement initiatives. You will be an essential part of building up our new trial management competency center.
In Global Development, we are responsible for managing clinical drug development worldwide from early development phases to product introduction. We ensure medical and scientific documentation for clinical submissions and authorities while ensuring that the processes live up to uniform global standards, regulations, and business ethics. We work in global project teams with focus on delivering viable products that make a difference to patients and ultimately benefit society.
About the department
The Trial Management Anchor is part of Global Development and our main responsibility is supporting our global trial management organisation in competency development, knowledge sharing, digitalization, and process optimisation related to clinical trials. The position is located in Søborg, Denmark.
The job
As Training Coordinator, you will be part of the Trial Management Anchor playing a key role in coordinating and ensuring the progress of the courses and training activities within the area, and developing new ideas for improvements of the way we work. The courses will have a global focus, i.e., you will have a broad and global reach. You will also be contributing to activities using digital tools like digital platforms and recordings. Furthermore, you will be involved in selected areas of the clinical development activities, especially related to reporting of the compliance with internal requirements in relation to conduct of clinical trials. On a daily basis, you will be working closely with the training responsible person and supporting the training strategy and programmes, while also collaborating with a wide range of local and global stakeholders.
Qualifications
You are experienced in planning, executing, and driving courses and hence a skilled project coordinator. As a minimum, you have more than 2 years of relevant work experience.
You are structured, proactive, reliable, loyal, service-minded, and act with a strong sense of responsibility. You have a can-do attitude, enjoy working with multiple stakeholders, and master good planning and coordination skills.
You have solid IT skills and skills within modern digital communication and tools. You have a sense for quality and details. It is essential that you can act independently, but also as a team player who thrives on contributing to any team you are a part of. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
