We are currently expanding our Healthcare Consulting Team and are looking for people who are driven by improving healthcare. We have a strong pipeline of assignments in 2020 in both Denmark and in Europe - if you are up for an international career.
You will become part of a team of dedicated, team-oriented consultants and you are expected to play an active role in making the team even stronger. We believe that sparring and knowledge sharing are key to meeting business objectives and empowering each other.
Your responsibilities as a healthcare consultant
You will provide advice in the interface between business and IT and get the opportunity to work with important decision and policy makers in some of the largest healthcare institutions.
You can expect to be involved in various kinds of IT-projects i.e. implementations, process optimization, strategies for digitization, educating end-users as well as Program- and Project management.

You will be part of NNIT Consulting
NNIT Consulting is an international consulting unit with departments in Denmark, Switzerland and Germany. We are approximately 170 consultants organised in various Customer and Service teams.
The candidates we are looking for will be part of our Healthcare Consulting team based in the Danish Headquarter in Søborg. You can expect to work primarily from a customer location during the week and be with your team in Søborg every Friday.
We attract conscience driven, open and honest, highly professional and enthusiastic consultants and have the expectation that you - like the rest of Consulting – will share your learnings to support your colleagues and the unit’s growth and therefore you will also be asked to involve yourself in internal communities with that intent in mind.

- Implement IT systems and workflows in close collaboration with healthcare professionals in the Regions or Municipalities.
- Build and maintain relationships with our key customers and increase our business through networking, sale and delivering value for our existing customers
- Raise awareness of NNIT Healthcare Advisory within the sector
- Help further expand and develop our skills as well as our services.
Your qualifications and experience
Most importantly, you are motivated by making a difference in quality of care through digital transformation. And it is an advantage if you have a background within IT or management consulting.
We expect you to have:
- A relevant Master’s degree – i.e. Information Technology or IT & Health
- More than 3 years of experience working with digital transformation within the healthcare area
- A track record of creating the trust that is essential as an Advisor and Consultant.
- Experience working within the Healthcare sector (Ministries, Regions and Municipalities)
The Healthcare Consulting team is diverse and bring various competencies and different educational backgrounds into play. Hence, we are curious to learn, how you have built your knowledge and expertise within the healthcare area.
We are looking for several profiles and are specifically interested in candidates with one or more of the below qualifications:
- Experience working with EHR implementations
- Holds one or more Epic certifications – i.e. Orders, ClinDoc or Ambulatory
- Experience working with healthcare terminology and informatics based on i.e. ICD or SNOMED CT.
