About the department

You get the opportunity to join an expanding, international, high performing team in Søborg, Denmark responsible for priming and optimising the markets for patient access. You will be supporting the patient access teams for strategic Novo Nordisk brands. In close collaboration with key stakeholders we establish the strategies and supporting tactics in the area of payer engagement, market development, strategic pricing, real world evidence and health economics.

The job

As a Global Patient Access Coordinator you are offered a challenging and exciting position in Patient Access supporting the Obesity, NASH and Biopharm areas ranging from administrative to project-oriented tasks. You will work in a dynamic and ambitious environment with opportunities for on-going personal and professional development. Your job will offer many different challenges and tasks in an area in constant development. You will be responsible for planning and follow-up on both department and project budgets in SAP and Betti in close collaborations with the department Directors and the team as well as supporting the Directors in other managerial processes such as handling calendars, recruitment, booking of travel and settling of travel expenses, purchase, meeting- and course planning, including minutes when applicable. You ensure compliance support that i.e. the department documentation is maintained and contracts handled correctly and uploaded in contract system. Additionally, you will have a supporting role for your team members helping with coordination and logistics on different projects, i.e. internal communication, meetings, contracts, regional trainings and web activities. You will also be involved in Advisory Board meetings where the HCP rules are important to follow. Some travel is required for the Advisory board meetings and regional trainings.

You will be a part of an Administration team of 4 people with a close working relationship and you are encouraged to seek broad organisational collaboration in your daily work.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has a relevant administrative background/education (i.e. office trainee, HD1, Bachelor) and has several years’ administrative experience, preferably from Novo Nordisk. You are experienced in IT systems, preferably including MS Office and SAP. Interest and experience in budgeting and finance is an asset.

You have strong organisational, proactive and coordination planning skills and you have the ability to prioritise and adherence to deadlines.

It is expected that you are self-motivating and enjoy to help identifying and carrying out the tasks where you can do the biggest difference. You are by nature positive, service-minded and meet many different people openly. You enjoy working with different stakeholders in headquarter, affiliates and external vendors.

You thrive in a constant changing working environment, meeting both new challenges and repetitive tasks with an open and solution oriented mind. You like being busy with many different tasks. You have a good sense of diplomacy and know how to handle matters of high sensitivity. Finally, you must have excellent command of written and spoken English.

You will report to the Director of SemaObesity.
