SAP BI & SuccessFactors Consultant for global medical products developer
Ferrosan Medical Devices develops hemostatic products that doctors in over 100 countries worldwide use to minimize bleeding during surgeries. Our products are quite literally vital. Companywide Business Intelligence maestro
You will be part of the IT department, working out of our global headquarters in Søborg, Denmark. We are a small team of specialists, highly dedicated and competent, so you will have plenty of support and experience to draw from as you get settled into our close-knit crew.

The team works on a wide range of fields, where you will be focused on our Business Intelligence and Human Capital Management applications. You will be working in especially close collaboration with the BW architect, but you will interact with people from all kinds of different departments within Ferrosan such as New Business Development, HR, Finance etc., as it is their needs you are working to fulfil. On the Human Capital management application HR will be the stakeholder.
Mastering both maintenance and growth
Your principal task is working with the business in order to maximize the value of our Business Intelligence and Human Capital Management application platforms, SAP SAC and SuccessFactors respectively, including maintenance. You make sure that the applications are always reliably running and readily available to everyone, and you are in tune to the needs of your colleagues when you implement improvements to the platforms.

- Collaborating with team members, vendors, and business resources for the purpose of collecting and managing data, data access, and data presentation to further the company’s mission
- Working with the front-end and back-end design, maintaining and implementing effective data solutions and models to store and retrieve company data
- Monitoring the performance of data and reporting systems and looking at ways to optimize that performance
- Creating and maintaining accurate reports, diagrams and metrics of BI applications and their underlying database design and architecture management and executive teams
- Representing the reporting application technical stack(s) in strategy discussions for short and long-term planning
- Participate in patch/upgrade/change control processes, identifying implications and dependencies to the application environment and performing testing scenarios that take those implications into account

- You must have a bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information systems, or within a similar field
- You must have 2+ years of experience working with BI, preferably SAP SAC, as well as SuccessFactors
- You must have solid experience within data collection or data mining, as well as knowledge of database structure systems and the ability to understand/troubleshoot complex reports from existing databases
