HR Junior Consultant (student position)

HR Junior Consultant to support A-Z people processes in the employee lifecycle

You will be collaborating closely with a skilled and experienced team of HR professionals and become an active participant in a wide range of HR activities from employee data management to development initiatives in the organization. We are driving an ambitious people strategy to attract, retain and develop talent, develop an inclusive, international workplace and support senior leaders in their daily operations. You will have a great influence on which tasks and projects you become a part of.

Your role

In your role as junior HR consultant, your tasks will be to

  • Ensure efficient people data management through the employee life cycle

  • Support development and implementation of organizational development activities centered around purpose, values, talent development, internationalization, and inclusion

  • Support talent attraction and employer branding

  • Analyze people data and digitalize data processes


About you

You are probably studying your masters and is looking for an opportunity to learn in practice. You are interested in a student position - part time 15-20 hours per week - with a fine balance of hands on operational responsibility and challenging development tasks, where you are asked to put your theoretical knowledge into play. You will be able to nod to quite a few of the following descriptors:

  • Studying M.Sc. in HRM or M.Sc. in Psychology

  • Keen on learning and putting theory into practice


  • Theoretically skilled within areas such as people data analytics, change management, organizational development, diversity & inclusion, motivation/engagement, etc.

  • Flair for communication, digital, verbal and written

  • Structured and self-managing

  • Strong analyst with a solution mindset

  • Experienced Microsoft Office user, especially within Excel and Powerpoint


  • Fluent in English, verbally and in writing

  • Experienced from similar roles (an advantage, not a prerequisite)

Ferrosan Medical Devices develops and produces a portfolio of medical devices used in surgical care. Our portfolio consists of various hemostatic products to minimize bleeding challenges in surgery and electromechanical medical devices to perform breast biopsies. We are an international company with products registered in more than 100 countries. Our products are marketed in collaboration with global medtech partners. New ideas are developed and matured from the first thought to finished implementation in production. And we manage the business with an uncompromising focus on quality based on current GMP requirements.
