The role
You will be part of a dedicated and passionate team that works with CSR and Compliance.
We are currently developing a new CSR strategy, where you will play a key role in the strategy process. You will assist with the double materiality process, stakeholder communication and management, development of action plans and implementation of the strategy.
One of your key tasks is CSR reporting. You will be responsible for the preparation of our annual CSR/COP report ensuring adherence with relevant reporting requirements. This includes project management, writing the report, defining ESG data points, collecting data, stakeholder engagement, coordinating layout and approval processes. You will be responsible for the whole process, from initial idea to final report.
Human rights is a key focus area for Terma and we annually conduct human rights impact assessments. In your role as CSR Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting human rights impact assessments in alignment with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs).
Lastly, you will be responsible for developing and updating e-learnings and our Code of Conduct, supporting relevant departments with answering CSR inquiries from customers and suppliers, as well as assisting and participating in our quarterly CSR Board meetings.
The profile that we are looking for
You have +5 years’ experience working with CSR in the private sector, preferably from a global company and hold a relevant master’s degree.
You have concrete experience within the following areas:
You have strong communication skills and have experience with translating complex issues into communicable and tangible issues.
With your strong skills, personality, and drive you are able to win respect across our organization. You master stakeholder management and with your communication skills and your focus on ensuring the right solutions, you navigate naturally and professionally around a cross-disciplinary environment. You are able to listen to and respect the needs of key stakeholders, while also having the courage to challenge their opinions. You are thorough, independent, and have a systematic approach enabling you to maintain an overview of numerous tasks at a time. You are structured, precise, and not afraid to make the first move. We expect you to be fluent in both English and Danish.
