The position
In this role, you will contribute to continuously improving the effectiveness and efficiency of our business processes, ensuring that we are set for the future both in terms of business growth as well as authority requirements. The initiatives span from digitalisation and process optimisation to strategic business priorities and compliance-driven activities. We work closely with IT and digitalisation teams as many initiatives have both a business and an IT component.
You will be responsible for:
Your success in this role is dependent on your collaboration and communication skills, analytical skills, and curiosity allowing you to quickly understand processes and organisational setups. As you build experience within our business processes, you will also contribute to proactively identifying new improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
You need to be comfortable interacting with stakeholders at different organisational levels and you have experience in working across organisational and geographical boundaries. Leading others in a project context comes naturally to you, and you use your energy and people skills to timely involve the right competencies in the right processes and carry project ideas through with success.
To succeed in this role, you have:
On a personal level, you have a high level of drive and result-orientation while being a team player. You are analytical, structured, curious, innovative by nature and like to be challenged. Finally, you need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
About the department
Global Regulatory Affairs is an exciting area involved across the full value chain. We are responsible for global regulatory strategies to obtain and maintain regulatory licenses for current and future products, responsive to the worldwide business needs of Novo Nordisk.
You will join the RA Business Transformation department that plays a key role to support and enable this transformation. You will have the unique opportunity to be part of a strategically crucial business transformation across multiple processes and geographies and take active part in shaping the way RA will work in the future.

Qualifications

- M.Sc. in a relevant field, such as science, pharmacy, business, or equivalent is required
- Minimum 5 years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry; Regulatory Affairs experience is beneficial, but not mandatory
- Strong project management toolbox
- A cross value chain business understanding, good stakeholder management capabilities and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Vault RIM and SAFe framework is an advantage
