The position
You will be responsible for a team of 9-12 dedicated labelling colleagues that drive planning excellence of all artwork updates across our rich product portfolio for all countries worldwide.
Among your main responsibilities you will:
• ensure strategy deployment
• help your team set direction for the future way of handling artwork updates
• optimize processes
• drive quality and process improvement initiatives across the labelling area
Together with committed colleagues and important stakeholders across Development and Product Supply you will play an important role in ensuring delivery of packaging materials.
Furthermore, Team Leaders role model our behavioural goals and thereby create a culture supportive of our common purpose of driving change to defeat diabetes and other serious chronic diseases.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone that has solid experience within the following: setting direction, engaging others, prioritization according to strategic aspirations and stakeholder management.
To succeed as a Team Leader, you:
• have a relevant educational background (ie. within Natural Sciences, Engineering, Business or related)
• have great interpersonal skills complimented with interest and proven track record in leadership or people management experience
• preferably have experience within Pharma or related industries
• preferably experience within Regulatory or Labelling
• you are fluent in oral and written English
Proven experience of LEAN, GMP and digitalization and automation will be ssen as an advantage.
