We are looking for our next Training Partner anchored in the Organisational Change Management (OCM), within Digital Transformation, to engage stakeholders in identifying training needs, leverage strong project management toolbox for timely delivery and develop tailored & impactful training material. The position

As Training Partner, you will be the driver of identifying training needs, developing project plans for stakeholders to engage and follow, conducting workshops and working sessions to map the training strategy and needs, and develop training material that suits the needs of the users.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving projects to identify learning needs & execute effectively. You will be responsible for partnering with the organisation to understand their needs, develop a project plan, execute on the plan while utilising stakeholder expertise to ensure delivery of training material
  • Independently curating, maintaining and developing training projects and tasks. You will work analytically with Subject Matter Experts across the business to map their business processes, assess opportunities and gaps and implement effective training solutions
  • Defining and executing the training in business transformation. You will work closely with colleagues focusing on change management and equip the organisation with the capability for business transformation

In the role as Training Partner, you will gain a deep understanding of various key processes in line of business. Your tasks will provide you with the opportunity to work with talented people globally and you will have the chance to drive strategic projects to the business. You are required to think and act as a trusted and proactive sparring partner to the organisation to consult on training direction and material.

In the short-term horizon (6-12 months), you will be working closely with a team of organisational change specialists in a highly effective and exciting Agile Release Train (ART) within Regulatory Affairs and will be working with multiple stakeholders across the organisation to map training needs and identify and develop impactful training content.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • A relevant academic degree (BSc/MSc/MA) with a minimum 3 years’ experience with project management and as a learning consultant
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with curiosity to understand the business needs, manage training project and deliver in time

  • You are familiar with Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word), and are motivated by creating visually appealing presentations, videos and articles to engage users
  • Experience in learning content development tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere, Articulate 360, SAP SuccessFactors LMS, Degreed, SharePoint) is preferred but most importantly you are a curious and fast learner
  • Experience with working with organisational change management and agile frameworks, is an advantage

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a can-do attitude to support the organisation on the business needs with a user-centric approach.

About the department

The OCM unit belongs to the Digital Transformation Unit that is embarking on an exciting future area to enable revolutionary product development and operational excellence. The newly established OCM unit has been elevated in the organisation as a Centre of Excellence with the mission to successfully drive adoption and usage of change across Submissions & Lifecycle Management.

We are a team of 10 skilled change partners and training partners from diverse educational backgrounds. Together, we are responsible for Organisational Change Management across the projects in SubLCM (approximately 1,200 people) and are the first point of contact in setting strategic direction for delivering on structural change.

We work closely with our stakeholders in headquarters in Denmark and Bangalore, India, and with our affiliates worldwide to ensure simple and robust new processes and solutions that will benefit our business.
