The Position
We are currently looking for a UX/UI Designer to drive the user experience design process from early UX research to final design implementation in one of our product teams. The ability to understand complex business challenges, balancing different perspectives from team members with various competencies as well as internal stakeholders is key to succeed in this position.
We expect you to challenge and inspire the organisation as well as take part in establishing a strong internal community to share knowledge and learnings. Qualifications
You have a master’s degree in Digital Design, Business, IT or another relevant field and some years professional experience.
We’re looking for a curious mind who has experience with methodology like Design Thinking and tools like Figma. You’re a strong communicator, are comfortable with sketching and facilitating ideation sessions, and you thrive in a versatile working environment. As a person, you are a people-oriented team player, who excels in an environment with a high degree of empowerment. You can work independently and engage with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. You are empathetic, patient, and can effectively engage with others – whether one-on-one or in a group. Overall, you are passionate about agile ways of working, and are eager to deliver values with your unique skillset.
It’s an advantage if you have experience from a large enterprise setup, working with internal on-boarding and adoption of new software and/or have experience from a regulated industry. Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
About the Department
The Salina team is the home of a team of highly professional, engaged, and motivated data scientists, data engineers, product owner and scrum master. Our aim is to develop novel digital solutions to increase value generation throughout the clinical development value chain. The Salina team is part of the Development organisation. In Development we are responsible for managing clinical drug development worldwide from early development phases to product launch. We provide medical and scientific documentation for clinical submissions and authorities while ensuring that the process lives up to global standards, regulations and business ethics. We are located in Søborg, Denmark.
