Junior SoMe Consultant – Student position

You will be collaborating closely with a skilled and experienced team of HR professionals and will drive our SoMe communication, primarily on LinkedIn, profiling Ferrosan Medical Devices as a company that is attractive, professional, down to earth, and caring for our employees. We drive an ambitious people strategy to attract, retain and develop talent, develop an inclusive, international workplace, and support senior leaders in their daily operations. You will take ownership of the communication and we welcome great ideas for how to develop and improve the communication.

Your role


In the role as our Junior SoMe Consultant, your tasks will be to

  • Ensure consistent communication on our LinkedIn channel.
  • Developing, planning and delivering on content to support talent attraction and employer branding.
  • Analyse the effect and engagement of SoMe posts.
  • Optimize existing channel and analyse the need for expanding.
  • Storytelling, text writing for our job adverts and other relevant ad hoc communication tasks.
  • Support internal communication efforts IRL and on sharepoint, screens, etc.

About you


You have a natural flair for communication, you like painting word pictures and can communicate in English in a professional, yet friendly tone. As this is a student position, you probably study on your bachelor or master’s focusing on communication and want to apply and develop your skills by handling our SoMe communication. You will probably meet some of the below requirements:

  • You are keen on learning and putting your theoretical knowledge about digital communication into practice.
  • Theoretically skilled within communications on social media.
  • You have a natural flair for communication, verbally and in writing.
  • You have ideas on how to consistently communicate on Linkedin - and develop our platform.
  • You know your grammar, have an eye for the details and are structured and self-managing.
  • Fluent in English, verbally and in writing.
  • Experience from social media and similar roles (an advantage, not a prerequisite).

Ferrosan Medical Devices develops and produces a portfolio of medical devices used in surgical care. Our portfolio consists of various haemostatic products to minimize bleeding challenges in surgery and electromechanical medical devices to perform breast biopsies. We are an international company with products registered in more than 100 countries. Our products are marketed in collaboration with global MedTech partners. New ideas are developed and matured from the first thought to finished implementation in production. And we manage the business with an uncompromising focus on quality based on current GMP requirements.
