Novotunity – a new programme in Novo Nordisk that redefines talent and hire people with physical disabilities. Candidates with psychical disabilities will be prioritized. One of the very important missions for Novo Nordisk is to drive change within diversity and inclusion. We have in the past decade successfully hired people with autism into our workforce and hereby redefined the way we look at talent. We are now launching NOVOTUNITY, a project that aims to have our workforce mimic the background population in society, and hence expand diversity beyond gender and nationality. A true diversity programme includes a physical disability agenda. We launched the programme in 2022 as a pilot, by hiring two people temporary in 1-year positions starting at 25 hours with an option to expand or reduce. We are now ready for round 2 and are looking for a general administrative supporter with an academic background. It is an ordinary position; hence the job is unsupported by municipalities and not a flex job position. What are we looking for
We are looking for a service-oriented person who would like to work in a large project organisation as a project coordinator (APMO coordinator). Are you good at keeping overview of many activities at the same time? Would you like to work closely together with many colleagues across the globe? Are you good in written English? You will be part of Data, Digital and IT Development and will work in Søborg, Denmark. We are a dedicated team of around 120 people in Denmark and 65 in India, responsible for the implementation & development, support & maintenance and operation of IT projects and applications for the Development area in Novo Nordisk. You will be part of an agile, inspiring and ambitious work environment, where advanced use of IT and teamwork are key. As APMO Coordinator, you will work with our Agile Release Trains. In this role, your main responsibilities will be to: Coordinate activities, meetings etc. including ensuring bookings in Outlook for people and rooms Collect data on ART performance e.g. using Microsoft forms or Mentimeter or similar tools Analyse data on ART performance using e.g. Excel or ADO (Azure DevOps) Help organising team events e.g. booking facilities (external and internal), helping with agendas etc. Help the leadership team in the ARTs with ad hoc tasks Do you have what it takes?
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have: a bachelors degree, BSc, e.g. in natural science, business, IT or languages a systematic and service-minded approach to tasks ability to engage with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, primarily via written communication (Outlook, Teams etc.) ability to quickly learn to use relevant software e.g. Azure DevOps You are a team player who takes responsibility and ensures an excellent collaboration with the ARTs, the agile teams, and our business stakeholders.
