The Position We are currently looking for a Product Owner who will help drive the development of our ambitious data science product. The role will play a key part in enabling the business to deliver on our must win battles and together with the development team you will break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. The ability to understand multifaceted business challenges, balancing different perspectives from team members with various competencies as well as internal stakeholders is key to succeed in this position. We expect you to challenge and inspire the organisation as well as take part in establishing a strong internal community to share knowledge and learnings. Your responsibilities will be to: Design and lead the product roadmap by managing business goals, stakeholders, and investments. Engage with the product users to understand their strategies, end-to-end business processes, pain points, and priorities to inform product strategy and provide transparency into roadmaps/managing expectations. Foster and facilitate timely decision-making across a broad network of stakeholders and the development team.
Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have: Master’s degree or PhD in a technology or business-related field and some years professional experience. It’s an advantage if you have experience with clinical development, working with internal on-boarding and adoption of new software and/or have experience from a regulated industry. Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction, launching successful products, and developing products with an understanding of business needs and requirements. Ability to collaborate, solve ambiguous problems, and think innovatively. Excellent communication, technical, and organizational skills. Fluency in English is a prerequisite. As a person, you are a people-oriented team player, who excels in an environment with a high degree of empowerment. You can work independently and engage with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. You are empathetic, patient, and can effectively engage with others – whether one-on-one or in a group. Overall, you are passionate about agile ways of working, and are eager to deliver value with your unique skillset.

The Salina team is the home of a team of highly professional, engaged, and motivated data scientists, data engineers, software developer, UX/UI Designers, and scrum master. Our aim is to develop novel digital solutions to increase value generation throughout the clinical development value chain. The Salina team is part of the Development organisation. In Development we are responsible for managing clinical drug development worldwide from early development phases to product launch. We provide medical and scientific documentation for clinical submissions and authorities while ensuring that the process lives up to global standards, regulations, and business ethics.
