We are increasing our team of Talent Acquisition consultants - seize this opportunity to help us change the lives of millions of people living with chronical diseases around the world. About the position You can expect a meaningful job with a high degree of freedom, where you get to make a difference by matching people with life-changing opportunities, and with opportunities to grow, both professionally and personally. We drive end-to-end recruitment processes for professional to senior-level positions in collaboration with hiring managers. You will be supported by a sourcer and an administrator located outside Denmark in all recruitments. In our business area, we support the recruitment of typically high complexity roles – examples being system engineers, medical doctors, trial managers, regulatory professionals and data scientists. But these are only examples, the variety of profiles is very broad. Qualifications You have some experience recruiting a broad variety of profiles. Preferably you are used to handle 80+ recruitments per year You hold a relevant academic master degree Your drive makes it natural for you to manage many different and sometimes complex processes. You perform independently and create lasting trustful relations to hiring managers and other stakeholders within your area. At the same time, you are a team-player and value close cooperation and sharing of knowledge You are fluent in English – written and oral We use People Test System as an important part of our assessment method and as you might not be certified in this specifically, you are familiar with various assessment methods. About the department You will be joining Talent Acquisition Development, a team which supports the executive business area Development. We are a part of the area Talent Acquisition DK, a team of approximately 95 recruiters. Together we support Novo Nordisk in Denmark in around 9.000 recruitments annually. You and your colleagues primarily work in Søborg and Hillerød, but we also join our talent acquisition colleagues in Bagsværd where we share an office area.
