Transfer Pricing Specialist

Our in-house tax department consists of 5 specialists representing different skills and duties. You will be part of a committed and motivated team where knowledge sharing and open dialogues describe the very core of our collaboration.
Your New Role
As our new Transfer Pricing Specialist, you will work from our HQ in Søborg, Copenhagen. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with transfer pricing guidelines, providing documentation, and performing various economic analyses. You will have various interfaces with the other teams in the business, have numerous opportunities to define your role, and grow as a professional.

Your New Role
As our new Transfer Pricing Specialist, you will work from our HQ in Søborg, Copenhagen. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with transfer pricing guidelines, providing documentation, and performing various economic analyses. You will have various interfaces with the other teams in the business, have numerous opportunities to define your role, and grow as a professional.
Areas of Responsibilities
- Prepare and update global transfer pricing documentation, including master files, local files, and benchmark studies with external tax advisors
- Perform technical and economic analyses, as well as build financial models using Microsoft Excel
- Centrally perform and review transfer pricing computations and adjustments and manage all pricing procedures
- Support functional analysis interviews and preparation of intercompany legal agreements.
- Monitor OECD and local country developments for new compliance requirements
- Develop relationships with the finance and business organization for implementing and maintaining the group transfer pricing
Prerequisites to Succeed in the Job
- You have completed a bachelor's or master´s degree at a university alternatively from an equivalent institution within tax, accounting, or economics
- You have at least five years of experience in a similar position
- You are a skilled user of MS Office
- You are fluent in English. Danish is an advantage
As a person, you are motivated, analytical, and detailed-oriented. You have good communication and stakeholder management skills and thrive working in an international environment.
