Our in-house group tax department consists of 5 specialists representing different skills and duties. You will be part of a committed and motivated team where knowledge sharing, and open dialogues describe the very core of our collaboration.
Your New Role
As our new Tax Compliance Specialist, you will be part of the tax compliance and reporting team and play a key role in driving the process improvement for the tax control framework, tax reporting, and compliance in close cooperation with the Finance Department.

Your New Role
As our new Tax Compliance Specialist, you will be part of the tax compliance and reporting team and play a key role in driving the process improvement for the tax control framework, tax reporting, and compliance in close cooperation with the Finance Department.

Areas of Responsibilities
- Preparation of Danish tax calculations and tax returns
- Manage/assist with review of tax calculations and tax returns abroad
- Assist with tax accounting in Group annual reports and statutory accounts
- Assist with a digital transformation of the tax compliance process
- Manage or assist in M&A transactions and tax due diligences
- Manage/assist with tax inquiries and tax audits in all jurisdictions in close collaboration with local Finance colleagues
- Ad hoc tax projects
Prerequisites to Succeed in the Job
- You have a master’s degree in tax, accounting, economics, or similar
- More than 3-5 years’ experience with financial and tax accounting (local GAAP and IFRS GAAP) – for example from the auditing industry or a large B2B Company
- Skilled in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with Navision and Hyperion is beneficial but not a requirement
- You are proficient in Danish and English
