The Position As IT Security Manager, you will be responsible for the overall level of IT Security across CMC Development, and regarded as The Specialist, within IT Security in CMC; be at the forefront of knowledge within newest IT Security trends and best practise from other industries as well as internal in NN to drive change and improvements across the SVP area. Besides other responsibilities, you will:
  • Identify IT Security Risks across the CMC organisation, along with planning and implementation of appropriate mitigating actions
  • Guide & support key strategic projects and initiatives across CMC, ensuring new systems and processes are implemented with the right level of IT Security controls
  • Guide & support line of business (LoB) on how to ensure operational excellence within IT Security, ensuring the level of IT Security is scaled for purpose and fit for intended use
  • Facilitate implementation of new IT Security processes, Standards and templates, as well as sharing of best practices across CMC
  • Qualifications To thrive in this role, you have:
  • M.Sc. or B.Sc. within Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Strong professional background and a minimum of 3 years of experience as IT Security Responsible from large international company and/or management consultancy
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical processes
  • Demonstrates high level of subject matter expertise within IT Security
  • Familiar with platforms and systems widely used in the pharmaceutical industry, both within manufacturing and Laboratories
  • As a person you are highly independent and can stay on top of goals and deliverables, you effectively manage changes, coach and engage people project team members. Your seamless communication makes you capable of a positive collaboration across boundaries, with strong stakeholder management skills About the department You will join the department CMC Digitalisation, where our core objective is to accelerate our business through digitalisation and automation, and fully utilise the value of data and know-how generated across the value chain. Furthermore, we will be directly involved in projects that are cross-functional in nature b y leveraging our broad interfaces to Line of Business our purpose is to facilitate and drive digitalisation and optimisation by providing best in class solutions and guidance to LoB.
