We're a team of 15 professionals and two student assistants driving HR excellence. From talent acquisition to data management, employer branding to leadership training, we handle diverse tasks together. Whether you've never worked in this field before, or have previous experience in HR reporting or analytics, you'll find the support and resources you need in our team to properly utilize and develop your skills.
How you will createan impact
As a Student Assistant in HR Reporting and Analytics, you will become an essential part of our ambitious HR department and will dive into the world of data analytics. You'll play a vital role in collecting, compiling, and analyzing HR data and metrics from various sources, including our HR information system. Your valuable contributions will support crucial annual cycles such as salary reviews and performance management.

Your key day-to-day tasks will include
- You will prepare recurring reports for our HR team and other departments across the organization
- You will implement early warning systems in reports to catch unhealthy trends in the organization
- You will respond to ad-hoc reporting requests
- You will contribute actively to optimizing and digitalizing our administrative processes
- You will support the HR team with entering and updating employee master data, archiving, and organizing employee-related data in our various information systems to ensure smooth operations
We imagine you have the following competencies
We are looking for a student currently enrolled in their Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree studies. The ideal candidate will have a background that includes some of the following elements:
- You are a student in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or any similar program with an interest in Data Analytics.
- You are curious to learn new skills and ways of working and making connections.
- You have strong analytical skills (e.g., VLOOKUP and Conditional Formatting functions in MS Excel).
- You have a high level of accountability and service-mindedness.
- You have experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- You are fluent in written and spoken English.
As a person, you are detail-oriented and have a solid understanding of analyzing data. You have a thorough and structured way of working and take pride in quality ensuring your work. Further, we seek an independent person, who thrives in an international and dynamic environment.
