By joining one of our product teams you will have a chance to immerse yourself not only in the tech, but also in understanding the ins and outs of the business challenges as you engage with highly skilled team members, end-users, as well as internal partners to craft the best solutions. You will join a cross-functional scrum team with a Product owner, UX/UI specialist, Front-end and Service Developers and a Scrum Master. Together with your team you will help evolve best practices for software development in this domain. Within Digital Accelerator we are also building out standards and sharing them across all our product teams to enable faster time to market and driving better outcomes for our customers and colleagues. The teams’ purpose is to shorten time to market and boost efficiency in clinical trial planning by enabling better decision-making based on complex data through harvesting the use of AI and machine learning (ML) ingesting multiple data sources. On top of those models, we expose complex recommendations to improve accuracy and accelerate clinical trial initiation. This layer is a web application. We are hiring for multiple people in multiple teams, and the teams are aligned with each of the two audiences we are targeting across our treatment areas.
You will: Build, optimize, deploy and maintain the digital product with focus on front-end development
Use agile engineering practices as well as various software development technologies and tools to rapidly develop creative and efficient solutions that deliver value to the end users and the company
Contribute to peer review of code, solution design and User Experience visuals
Collaborate with team members to achieve agile objectives, such as implementing desired functionality, and enhancing the user experience.
Engage with team and business stakeholders to understand the users and advise on solutions
Which competencies to bring? You have +5 years of experience as Software Developer working in agile teams
Proficient knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Vue.js
Familiarity with web development tools such as Webpack, Babel, NPM, etc.
Ability to write clean, modular, and reusable code
Experience with testing tools such as Playwright, Cypress, etc.
Experience with Azure DevOps and git or similar tools
Experience in the below-listed items is a plus: Python, SQL, ORMs and test automation
React or other front-end frameworks
Kubernetes and microservice deployment, or similar technologies
If you’re interested in Data Science, that’s a good thing too
