The position As a Master Data Integration Professional within the Labelling area, you will play a crucial role in our organization by working on a conceptual level and transforming ideas and concepts into real, tangible processes.
You will be responsible for integrating master data from various sources and ensuring its accuracy, consistency, and availability across our systems and platforms. Your expertise in data integration will contribute to the successful implementation of new products, improving business operations, and maintaining compliance. Your main responsibilities will include: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient master data integration processes. Drive projects tracks and optimize processes and drive initiatives across the value chain Develop and implement data integration strategies and frameworks to ensure seamless flow of master data across systems Identify and analyse data integration issues, working closely with projects and business stakeholders to address any challenges or discrepancies. Qualifications In this role we expect you to have: A BSc or MSc (Pref.) degree in pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, life sciences etc. A minimum of 4-5 years of practical working experience with a proven track record of handling complex project tracks and operational activities Strong knowledge of master data management (MDM) principles, data governance, and data integration technologies Experience with data mapping, data transformation, and data validation techniques Familiarity with data modelling concepts and relational databases Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data integration issues effectively. A proficiency in English, both written and oral Knowledge of labelling or packaging materials, working with health authority requirements, or supply chain experience (as an advantage) As a person, you are a strong problem solver with a flexible mindset complimented by a high level of energy and the ability to handle many different priorities at the same time.

About the department Master Data & Content Management is the highly experienced team consisting of 11 dedicated colleagues from a variety of cultural and educational backgrounds. Here you have the unique opportunity to join a department that enables the production of all commercial products in Novo Nordisk hence a great impact and responsibility. RA Labelling area comprises of approximately 75 experienced colleagues responsible for development and maintenance of printed packaging materials worldwide.
