What is this about? We are looking for a Tech Lead who will shape, develop and implement digital solutions in Clinical Development , ultimately addressing some of the biggest business opportunities we have in Novo Nordisk. You’ll have a chance to immerse yourself into not only the tech, but also understand the ins and outs of the business challenge as you engage with team members, end-users, as well as internal partners to craft the best solutions.
You will be working with and supporting 2 cross-functional s crum team s each with a Product O wner , UX /UI Designer , Front - and Back - end Engineers and Scrum M aster . The shared product aims to shorten time to market and boost efficiency in clinical trial planning by enabling better decision-making based on complex data through harvesting the use of AI and machine learning (ML) ingesting multiple data sources. On top of those models, we expose complex recommendations to improve accuracy and accelerate clinical trial initiation. The position is primarily based in Søborg, Denmark , and you should expect the majority of your time to be onsite to ensure better collaboration across the teams and organisation.
Your main responsibility will be to : D rive and build value-driving and innovative digital solutions from the ground up (greenfield software development) with a user-centric approach P roficiently manage technical and business stakeholder relationships A dvise and drive decision making trough effective communication E xplore new technologies and tools to apply during the development of these solutions lead , guide, and mentor software developers on the team P rioritise your work with the team and its product owner, weighing both the business and technical value of each task E xperiment, test, try, fail and learn all the time!
As a technology choice, we are primarily using the Microsoft Azure stack , F rontend is angular and Vue 4, and we are building full end-to-end digital solutions using cloud and CI/CD pipelines. As we are pioneering the digital transformation of Novo Nordisk, we expect you to challenge and encourage the organisation as well as take part in establishing a strong internal community to share knowledge and takeaways. Qualifications To be successful in this role, y ou should come with a strong understanding and hands-on experience with in broad software development i.e. within system architecture, coding for scale , communicating possibilities about what can be built and maintained , as well as love to experiment . In addition: You have 7+ years’ professional experience and will likely come from a similar position You have solid .NET and hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, especially around PaaS service offerings, and multi-layered architecture Broad knowledge of Azure resources, deployment methods and Azure Dev Ops pipelines are a plus Experience with Kubernetes and working work with multi-team product s on a shared stack is expected Experience with Frontend Development in Angular, Vue or React is a plus You are passionate about development and could have a presence on GitHub or other OSS platforms with publicly available code that will help us assess your skills You hold a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering , Computer Science or other relevant field
