The Position As a Digital Product Owner, you will facilitate product leadership by balancing input from business and technical colleagues to create digital products that make a difference. Your main tasks will be to: Shape digital products that support the organisation Collaborate with software developers, users, and business stakeholders Use agile methodologies in the product teams and expect you to be well-versed in agile practises Identify how business processes can be reshaped to utilise digital potential. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: A master’s degree in technology or business-related field Strong passion for Product Management Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery Experience in regulated industry will be a plus Good communications skills in English Your leadership skills set the direction for product and team, and your proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship. You have good storytelling abilities to communicate the product vision across all levels of the organisation. On a personal level, you enjoy working in a diverse team of professions and you are comfortable with challenging status quo across seniority levels. You have a track record of successful collaborations and are good at communicating complex ideas. About the Department Clinical Digital Innovation Products is focused on amplifying the value and insights generated in our clinical trials. We are passionate people with diverse backgrounds – all working as digital designers, product owners, scrum masters, or developers. The majority of our digital products are internally focussed and support our organisation in the designing, planning, and conducting clinical trials. We drive the entire product process from idea to decommission including product discovery, strategy, portfolio mindset, operations, and decommission.
