As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage global projects across several countries with different complexity levels. The major objectives of the projects you oversee are to simplify, standardize, become digital, and keep our processes in compliance. The projects will generally not be investment projects, but projects that require heavy stakeholder engagement and a solid understanding of the impact on our production sites. You will take up the role of being Area Process Manager for some of our quality processes. You are expected to facilitate the process group network across Injectable Finished Products (IFP) sites, driving projects within one or more process groups. The process group consists of members from all our production sites, QA, and a subject matter expert. You do not need be the specialist of the process however you should be interested to learn the process. Key responsibilities include: Project management of multiple projects/tasks, leading the projects from idea phase to implementation phase. Collaboration with various stakeholders within Novo Nordisk on many organisational levels. By excellent project execution, you will successfully deliver solutions to key challenges across Product Supply. While working on projects, you will always collaborate with a subject matter expert and QA. Moreover, you will make independent decisions regarding development of process standards in both department and corporate level. You will therefore interact with internal and external stakeholders at a high level. You will identify and establish improvement opportunities in project execution, delivering successful results of development and deployment of standards. This job will be performed in an international environment and therefore flexibility to travel to some extent is required. Qualifications Your experiences include: A Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology or similar, combined with 5+ years of experience within project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. You have experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and aseptic drug product manufacturing. You have a wide range of practical business experience, including cLEAN® and Six Sigma in the implementation of corporate strategies. Communication and presentation skills for top management or cross an organisational network. Strong communication skills both in spoken and written English. As a person, you are excellent at interacting with stakeholders from different cultures and organisational levels and possess competencies including strong planning skills, ability to take charge of a group, and collaborate with people across boundaries. You are inspiring and motivating; a strong innovator that strives for continuous improvement with a proven and outstanding stakeholder and project management track record. You enjoy leading projects and accept responsibility with being able to succeed when working both in a team and independently. About the department
IFP Compliance Portfolio Management consists of 25 skilled and professional employees working with project management, specifically in relation to support our manufacturing sites. The unit strives to create value for the IFP areas e.g., process improvements, maintain the right level of compliance through creation and management of reactive and proactive compliance, improvement, automation, and digitalisation of related projects.
