Apply now and join us for a life-changing career!Learn more and get introduced to CMC API Pilots - Please visit our career pageThe positionAs our new Improvement Project Lead your main responsibilities will be to drive improvement projects, primarily related to Quality, Lean and Training across our greater production area.Your main responsibilities will be:
• Working closely with multiple stakeholders to support optimal Quality, Lean and Training.
• Contribute with analysis, design, and development of simple and effective solutions to meet business needs.You will be a part of a team with highly experienced and skilled colleagues working with Digitalization, Supply Chain, Work-ing Environment, Quality, Lean and Training.
Qualifications• Min 5-10 years job experience within Lean, GMP and training from GMP/Pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Project Manager experience
• Able to drive a project to completion, engaging project members and key stakeholders
• Fluent in Danish and English, written and oral
• Structured working approach
About the departmentAs the support function for CMC API Pilots, we specialize in Lean methodologies, Training, Quality Control, Data Modelling, and Data Visualisation across our production sites located in Gentofte and Bagsværd. Our team of 14 skilled professionals, who bring with them solid experience from Novo Nordisk, are highly motivated and dedicated to meeting the complex de-mands of our production facilities. With our home base located in Søborg, you will have the opportunity to work closely with us in the Bagsværd area, where a significant part of your role will be focused.
