The position We are looking for a new colleague for our team in Søborg supporting Development. You will be part of the support team around our Clinical Operations Study Management & Oversight System (COSMOS) built on the Veeva core platform. The position is in our Digital, Data & IT area, and you will join a team of 25+ skilled colleagues supporting both Development and Clinical Supplies in digitalisation activities. You will enter an agile, inspiring, and ambitious work environment, where advanced use of IT and teamwork are key. Your key responsibilities include: Participation in the support activities of COSMOS including ticket handling in ServiceNow (incident, problem, change) Creation and maintenance of knowledge articles Oversight meetings and monitoring of 1. Level support outsourced to vendor Trouble shooting and root cause analysis activities Strengthen and optimise the processes for 2nd and 3rd level support including monitoring and trending on support tickets and change requests Participation in project activities – e.g. analysis and verification of new releases of the system Close contact with superusers and end-users as well as vendors/suppliers Qualifications: In-depth knowledge within support of computer systems/applications e.g. Veeva CTMS ITIL knowledge Regular experience with communication and presentations Experience with collaboration across professional and regional borders You have 3+ years of experience within support of IT systems You hold a M.Sc. in IT or other related fields You are proactive, dedicated and have strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You continuously strive to learn more; you are curious by nature, and you are not afraid of working with issues and areas you haven't seen before. You have a structured and detail-oriented approach without losing the big picture. You are a team player, and you thrive working across departments in an international organisation. About the department DD&IT Development is a part of DD&IT in Novo Nordisk. DD&IT Development employs more than 100 highly skilled IT professionals located in Søborg, Måløv and Bangalore, India. DD&IT Development is responsible for the implementation & development, support & maintenance and operation of all major IT systems and projects in Development and Clinical Supplies.
