We are looking for an analytical and self-driven project controller (APMO Controller) with strong financial skills and a business-oriented mindset to support our Agile Release Trains.
What will you be doing? As APMO Controller, you will have a key role in ensuring that we are on top of our budgets across our agile products. You will be working closely with our Release Train Engineers (RTEs) to ensure a transparent budget overview at all times. In this role you will have the opportunity to bring in your ideas for optimising and improving the processes and templates.
Main responsibilities: Monthly budget follow-up including tracking, reporting, and analysing budget variances in Excel and SAP Follow up invoicing with our vendors Drive the financial process optimisation on reporting across ARTs in close collaboration with Finance Partner Financial sparring/assistance for Release Train Engineers, Product Managers, Product Owners, and Business Owners Regular budget consolidation Prepare and maintain the cost follow-up template Support with ad hoc tasks together with other APMO functions across the ARTs Qualifications Self-driven with an innovative approach to problem-solving Strong accounting and analytical skills Strong IT skills, preferably in SAP, and advanced Excel skills Controller mindset where prioritisation is based on significant drivers and financial impact Ability to identify and frame improvements in data and processes A financial educational background as e.g., Cand.Merc., Cand.Oecon or similar – and newly graduates are welcomed You are proactive, dedicated and have strong communication skills (English). You continuously strive to learn more; you are curious by nature, and you have a positive, inclusive mindset, as well as an ability to challenge the status quo. You are a team player, and you thrive working across departments in an international organisation. About the department You will be part of Data, Digital and IT Development and will work in Søborg, Denmark. We are a dedicated team of around 150 people in Denmark and 70 in India, responsible for the implementation & development, support & maintenance and operation of IT projects and applications for the Development area in Novo Nordisk.
