As AV Technicians Supporter your responsibility will be to provide AV technical support, primarily to the colleagues at Søborg site. Among your tasks, you can expect to: Support with video conference systems. This entails offering support onsite, by telephone as well as in written communication. Maintain AV equipment in all meeting rooms and auditorium. Drive and be responsible for on-site implementation (installations) of AV solutions. Be one of the reference persons for AV services to our stakeholders. AV Support ticket monitoring and follow up. Furthermore, you will be doing Do AV asset & incident management, continuous improvement of AV support processes as well as testing new technologies. You should expect that you will be working from other Novo Nordisk sites in Greater Copenhagen from time to time. Qualifications
In order to qualify for the role, we imagine that you: Have a technical education or work experience equivalent to the tasks within the job and have +3 years of experience within IT services and AV projects. Experience with live streaming event equipment, auditorium AV set-up and virtual meeting equipment (ie. MTR Microsoft Teams Room, Cisco Webex, Logitech etc.), IP network equipment and collaboration tools as Teams and Cisco Videoconference. Are experienced with ticket handling and used to having Microsoft Office 365 as daily working tool. Ability to drive IT/AV projects individually – e.g., creating Business cases related to AV equipment upgrades or maintenance. Are proficient in English, both written and verbally, on a professional level, and Danish is considered an advantage. Furthermore, you are able to manage relations with line of business representatives as well as collaborate and communicate with external stakeholders. You have proven coordination skills, great at implementing you structured approach in your daily work, and you are process- and result oriented.

In site Søborg Support team, we are currently 7 employees (Operators, Service Assistants and Technical Assistants). We are responsible for all meeting rooms working as designed (projectors/monitors, network, phones etc.), and we take care of department AV and IT inventory and building reuse and disposal. Furthermore, we are in primary contact with external IT employees (Novo Nordisk IT) and various suppliers. Working at Novo Nordisk
