The position
As our Benefits Realisation Intern, you will engage with stakeholders across our entire digital transformation project portfolio, allowing you a unique opportunity to gain insights into and manage benefit efforts across multiple programs- and project initiatives. All to help ensure that our programs and projects deliver their intended value promptly.
In addition, you will formally report to the Director of SubLCM OCM and work closely with the Benefits Realisation Lead and the various benefit project teams.
Practicalities: Internship period: 6 months (01 February 2024 – 31 July 2024) Working hours: 18 – 37 hours per week (with the flexibility during exam period) Location: Søborg, Denmark A Danish full-time work permit is required Internships are remunerated if your educational track allows Kindly note that: Students must be enrolled at a university through the entire internship period.
During the six-month internship, you will be equipped with valuable experience in managing a portfolio of projects, driving the progress of benefit initiatives, developing workshop presentations, facilitating workshops, and much more. The sky is the limit based on your curiosity and willingness to take on new learnings. Qualifications
You are a Student who is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Business Administration, Strategy, Leadership, Portfolio/Project Management, Communications, Economics, Finance, Psychology, or another relevant field.
To succeed in this role, you need: Fluency in both written & spoken English Curiosity and a can-do attitude toward learning and task-delivering Proficiency in using Office 365 applications (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Forms, SharePoint), and creating visually appealing presentations, videos, and articles Preference (nice to have): Experience with project plans, data analytics, and visual communication material Experience in using Teams Planner, MS Forms, and PowerPoint As a person, you approach tasks and colleagues with a positive attitude, energy, and a good sense of humour. By having a structured mindset, you are capable of meeting deadlines without compromising on quality and thrive working both independently and in teams.
About the department
Our OCM centre of excellence consists of 12 dedicated colleagues pursuing to drive changes and maximise the benefits of the strategic programmes and projects we support across the SubLCM business unit. We are part of the Submissions and Life Cycle Management which is part of the Development (R&D) area in Novo Nordisk with a team of approx. 1,100 people pursuing better outcomes for patients and product development.
The SubLCM OCM team is responsible for partnering, advising, and executing change management, change leadership, and benefits realisation expertise.
