The position As our new Learning Coordinator, you will work closely with our Learning Partners in Clinical Operations Office to address the learning needs of our global clinical operations colleagues. You will be part of a dynamic organization where you are expected to take ownership for assigned tasks within the learning team. Specifically, you will play a key role in: Contributing to the development and conduct of a new onboarding program for our colleagues across Clinical Drug Development. Ensuring the communication and logistics are in place for this new onboarding program. Hosting the onboarding sessions in close collaboration with Program Owner. Addressing specific onboarding needs by being part of a ‘Hypercare’ team, which is established to support our newcomers to Clinical Drug Development. Coordinating learning initiatives supporting our global clinical organization. Contributing to the surveillance of latest trends in learning and development to facilitate the incorporation into our Clinical Operations' learning strategy. Qualifications We expect you to have: An Academic/Bachelor's degree within a relevant field. Insights into drug development would be a great asset but not a requirement. A track record of learning experience, communication and/or event management. Experience working in a global organization. Fluency in written and oral English. Overall, you are a team player with great collaboration skills to interact with diverse stakeholders. About the department Clinical Operations Office is part of the Clinical Operations Centre of Expertise. We are a team of 24 dedicated colleagues with a shared interest in optimizing the processes within global clinical operations as well as ensuring competency development for our global colleagues working with our product development projects. Now we are seeking a new colleague to join our amazing team, and we need you to coordinate our current and future learning initiatives to ensure it is delivered in a professional manner.
