The position
As our new Intern, you will be part of a digital transformation programme or project. Your main focus will be working in an Agile setup, where you will be involved in developing learning and communication material for the organisational change management initiatives. In addition, you will report to the Director of SubLCM OCM, and you will team up with a project-dedicated Training Partner.
Practicalities: Internship period: 6 months (01 February 2024 – 31 July 2024) Working hours: 18 – 37 hours (with flexibility within the exam) Location: Søborg, Copenhagen Internships are remunerated if your educational track allows Full-time Danish work permit is required Students must be enrolled at a university through the entire internship period. Both the internship period and working hours will be flexible to accommodate school projects/exams. During the six months, you will learn how to deliver strong results in an efficient and value-adding way. Qualifications
You are a Student who is currently studying Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Media, Learning, Education, Psychology, or another relevant field.
To succeed in this role, you need: Curiosity and a can-do attitude Experience in developing training and/or communication content Proficiency in using Office 365 applications (PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Yammer, Teams), and creating visually appealing presentations, videos, and articles Fluency in both spoken and written English Some experience in using the Adobe Suite and Articulate 360 is considered a plus.
As a person, you are highly driven, have a structured mindset, and are capable of meeting deadlines without compromising on quality. You thrive working both independently and in teams. And importantly, you approach tasks and colleagues with a positive attitude, energy, and a good sense of humor.
About the department
Our OCM team consists of 12 dedicated colleagues driving change adoption to maximise the benefits of the strategic programmes we support across the SubLCM business unit. SubLCM is an area of approx. 1.600 people, which is part of the Development (R&D) area in Novo Nordisk pursuing better outcomes for patients through drug development.
The SubLCM OCM team is responsible for partnering, advising, and executing change management activities for our internal customers and providing effective learning solutions. You will be part of a young, dynamic department, all coming from diverse professional backgrounds.
