Position Join our SAP & PAS-X team in PSQIT-CMC area, where you will have a leading role in the digitalization and integration of our production facilities in CMC Development & Scaling. With your technical insight you take part in the daily operation of the tasks coming from the SAP system, covering master data maintenance, issue handling together with stakeholders within warehouse flows and PrO workflows, including interface monitoring and issue resolution with users, to help and insure stable processes for the running production. You will be required to use your knowledge and insight with SAP ECC system to train new end users in SAP to help scale the capacity in CMC for the future. Developing the platform together with your own competence is also a requirement in this position as the core SAP ECC platform will change to SAP4HANA and SAP EWM in the near future. The right candidate will be able to combine their technical knowledge of the SAP ECC system within the warehouse and Production order flows to maintain and develop the functionalities of CMC’s SAP system and secure the support to the production lines. You will be part of a fast paced and changing environment, and your ability to maintain and support the SAP solution connected to a PAS-X solution is a skill that is needed in order for us to secure the functional systems that can support the constant change of processes in CMC.
You will be a key player in the digitalisation and integration of our production facilities in CMC, where it is important that you bring your innovative mindset, your drive and passion for supporting, maintaining and developing our system platforms in CMC. You will be responsible for the everyday support to stakeholder, master data, coordinator of central activities related to SAP/PAS-X warehousing, trainer in basic functions and maintaining the compliance side of the systems. You will be in continuous contact with our facilities developing and improving the systems.
You have flair for stakeholder management and the ability to be self-driven, structured, and targeted. You will have a high degree of empowerment and flexibility in your everyday job. Hence, you need good communication skills, enabling you to support our stakeholders.
Qualifications Preferably 3-5 years experience with SAP ECC platform or similar and expertise in warehouse and production order flows You understand the “back end” of materials flow and productions order flows and thrive in finding ways through the system If you have experience with API/DP processes and knowledge of production and understand the requirements of GMP it will be an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with all levels of the organization and train colleagues in SAP functionalities You are fluent in English both in written and oral About the department Join the CMC Digitalisation department's SAP & PAS-X team in CMC Development & Scaling , which ties research and manufacturing together. You will be part of a newly formed, diverse and growing team of 9 people that supports CMC's development of innovative processes and products for patients.
