DH & Staffs Quality consists of a group of engaged and motived QA specialists and Project Managers. We are QA for global Digital Health projects and solutions and act as a Digital Health Quality Competency Center for Novo Nordisk world-wide. Additionally, we are QA for Novo Nordisk Customer Complaint Center and Novo Nordisk Staff areas. The project Managers lead various strategic global projects and initiatives within Quality Awareness.You will be part of a high performing team with focus on quality, patient safety, cross-functional collaboration, and personal development. The Position
As Senior QA Professional you will be viewed as an area specialist within one or several processes across this area. Often setting directions and delivering results in your own role with a significant impact within the context of the wider operational area. You will have subject matter knowledge to solve common business issues independently - but also able to seek advice and guidance on more complex issues. We expect you to be able to identify better practice, create improvements to processes, share knowledge and let your colleagues learn and shine.
You will be based in Søborg/Bagsværd, near Copenhagen and report to the Director of Digital Health & Staffs Quality – and you will have the opportunity to shape the future of a Quality area ensuring highest quality to patients.
Some responsibilities include:
  • Advise the area within Novo Nordisk Quality Management System and external regulations incl. e.g. Handle and approve deviations and escalated deviations, handle and approve change requests and lead process confirmations
  • Maintain overview of external requirements impacting the area
  • Participate and contribute to audit and inspections
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Lead and/or participate in relevant quality projects
  • The position requires efficient collaboration and communication with stakeholders from across Novo Nordisk why good communication and stakeholder management skills are key to success. Qualifications
    To succeed in this role, you need:
    • A Master degree within Parmacy, Engineering or similar
    • QA experience from the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated areas
    • Knowledge of GXP requirements and/or ISO9000
    • Good communication and stakeholder management skillsOn a personal level, you are self-motivated and pro-active. You have the ability and experience to influence and set direction.
