We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive Business Partner/Lean Partner (EBP) to join our Operations team. In this role, the EBP will report directly to the VP of Operations, serving as a crucial link between the VP management team, the broader Operations team and other stakeholders in the organisation. As an integral part of the management team, the EBP will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, fostering operational excellence, and supporting the overall success of Ferrosan Medical Devices.

Operations at Ferrosan Medical Devices
Operations in Ferrosan Medical Devices consist of approximately 150 people spread across key departments - Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Technology Innovation, and Industrialization. These departments work cohesively to ensure the seamless production and delivery of our cutting-edge medical devices, demonstrating a commitment to precision, efficiency, and continuous improvement adhering to Lean methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic initiatives: Lead and drive key strategic analysis and initiatives in the Operations area, including business planning, project portfolio management, and other critical projects that contribute to the company's success.
2. Lean process improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the company to identify and implement Lean methodologies, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring efficiency in day-to-day operations.
3. Project management: Oversee and manage a diverse range of projects within the Operations domain, ensuring timely delivery, resource optimization, and alignment with organizational goals.
4. Budgeting and financial oversight: Work closely with Finance to contribute to the planning and execution of the budgeting process and provide insights into financial performance related to operational activities.
5. Communication and coordination: Act as a liaison between the management team in Operations and various departments outside Operations, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of efforts to meet organizational objectives.
6. Management team collaboration: Actively participate as a member of the Operations management team, contributing insights, recommendations, and collaborative efforts toward achieving departmental and organizational goals.
Qualifications
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field ideally combined with 2-3 years of management consulting background, demonstrating a strategic mindset and problem-solving capabilities in a business context.
• Proven experience as a strategic Executive Business Partner or in a similar role, preferably within the medical devices or healthcare industry.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading and executing complex projects.
• Familiarity with Lean methodologies and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
