Look no further, apply today! What’s the role about? You will be acting as a Senior UX/UI Designer in the commercial obesity team, building a Patient Support Solution to improve treatment experience. You will tackle complex business challenges within Novo Nordisk's key business areas and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization. Drawing from these experiences, you will help shape user-focused products and drive iterative refinement alongside a diverse user community, from inception to MVP and beyond. We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with practical experience of designing interfaces for mobile and desktop devices. The solution we are working is an adaptive web app built for mobile-first, meaning that many of the interfaces need to be touch friendly. You will be collaborating across our cross-functional scrum team (Product Owner, UX/UI Designer, Test Developer, Full stack Engineers, and Scrum Master). Together with our current UI/UX Designer you will collaborate on the various interfaces to ensure a coherent look and feel. Within Digital Accelerator and the UX chapter we are also building a design system that is shared across all our product teams to enable faster time to market and drive better outcomes for our users. As a Senior UX/UI Designer your responsibilities are to: Collaborate on the design process from start to finish, including user research, prototyping, and final visual design Work in an agile, very cross-functional team, including product owner, developers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality products that meet user and business requirements Play an active role in developing the design system and utilize it as part of your daily work. Be responsible for defining the components for mobile first based on these guidelines Create high-fidelity UI designs in tools such as Figma Iterate concepts actively with prototypes at multiple levels of the design fidelity Validate and understand user research insights to be able to inform design decisions Create user personas, user flows, and wireframes to communicate design concepts and interactions Facilitate and participate in workshops to understand and scope features In collaboration with our current UX/UI Designer, you will: Ensure the quality of design implementation in a close collaboration with our engineers Help structure and define design processes Support the Product Owner in defining functionalities in alignment with the business and user needs Help promote user centric digital product development Qualifications As an ideal candidate we expect you can tick most of the following boxes: 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design Leaning more towards UI than UX but has a good understanding and appreciation of UX and user research Proficient in design tools such as Figma Mobile first experience Know how to use and build Design systems Have an interest in understanding the implementation of the design Demonstrated track record of driving UX design in teams that have shipped quality software across web and mobile to several products We value teamwork and personal contributions to maintain a good work environment, we are further looking for a colleague who is open to feedback to grow new soft skills, works independently and attends to deadlines. As our corporate language is English, we expect you to be fluent both in writing and spoken, and have excellent communication skills, solid understanding of design patters, systems and web standards.
