Dine opgaver
This role is in R&D Decanters, that are responsible for product and technology development of decanters. As an Automation Lead you will be working closely with different stakeholders such as Product managements Portfolio manager, Automation Development, Engineering and Supply and Global sales focusing on driving and developing on the automation knowledge within the department, you will be engaged in the following tasks:
- Development of ideas, calculations, design, and test of new automation solutions for decanters
- Build and own the overall technical architecture landscape (how) - current state and the target model.
- Measuring, collecting, analysis and reporting of decanter signals and data streams
- Insight in Vibration analysis, automation, AI and machine learning
- Trouble shooting and make the connection between process, controlling and mechanic design.
- Lead and coach a team of automation engineers and data scientists/engineers (even if no people line management, but lead and oversee the work/coordinate the delivery)
- Manage the delivery of projects and liaise and engage with stakeholders.
Din profil
We’re looking for an experienced Automation Engineer who is experienced in working with Research & Development. In this role you will not only be developing on the products but also be responsible of building the skills and knowledge within the team therefore we imagine that you come with:
- A background anchored in mechanical or electrical engineering and has worked professionally with automation for some years.
- Experience working in the research part of R&D.
- Has a theorical understanding of automation, data science and vibration dynamics.
- Working experience for high-speed mechanics, preferable working with water, fluid, or food.
- Have a natural curiosity for this field and an eagerness to develop themselves and their knowledge in this field.
- Have a natural talent for leading and mentoring through high profession knowledge and knowhow.
- Be structured and grasp the big picture.
- Be able to clearly communicate complex solutions and investigate.
