About the Department
DH & SQ consists of a group of engaged and motived QA specialists and Project Managers and has a threefold focus. We are QA for global Digital Health projects and solutions and act as a Digital Health Quality Competency Center for Digital Health solutions in Novo Nordisk world-wide. Additionally, we are QA for Novo Nordisk Customer Complaint Center and Novo Nordisk Staff areas Finally, the project managers lead various strategic global projects and initiatives within Quality Awareness.

The Position
As the Director for Digital Health & Staffs Quality you will be responsible for a highly specialized and motivated team acting as Quality Business Partners and Project.
You will be part of the Operational and Staff Quality (OSQ) leadership team, reporting in to Corporate Vice President, Maria Boese, and will lead, develop and execute on strategic initiatives and priorities related to Digital Health, Customer Complaint and Staffs areas across NN.n this role, you will be based in Søborg, near Copenhagen, and also have days in Bagsværd.
Qualifications
We are looking for a leader who’s experience includes proficiently managing key stakeholders, demonstrating a proactive approach, and presenting yourself as a solution-oriented individual with a strategic mindset, embodying the qualities of a team player.
To succeed in this role, you:
• Hold a Master’s degree preferably in natural science
• Have extensive pharmaceutical business experience with several years of leadership experience
• Demonstrate expertise within quality assurance and solid knowledge of GxP, pharmacovigilance and other relevant regulations
• Are able to work & deliver across countries & cultures, with experience of working in several other cultures
• Are fluent in English On a personal level, you possess strong leadership and business partnering skills, a genuine interest & curiosity to understand the business and where Quality can optimally support the company’s agenda. Finally, a dynamic and solution-oriented approach and a natural authority will allow you to empower and engage people to perform at their best.
