What you will be doing As part of our digitalization journey, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead to join our Agile Release Train (ART). This ART is responsible for managing digital solutions for submission of drug applications to authorities and labelling processes for our pharmaceutical product. The team you are joining is a cross functional team that will be working on rolling out a new vendor bought Component Content Management System (CCMS).
As Technical Lead you will play a key role in developing the integration layer and framework around CCMS, which is based on AWS. Our integration framework is built on MuleSoft and Kafka-Confluent, and this role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless integration and operation of these systems. In this role your responsibilities are to: Oversee and execute the development of the integration layer and framework around CCMS Ensure seamless interaction of CCMS with other systems and services Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues that may arise during the roll out, development and operation processes Guide the team and vendor, make key decisions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders Use data analysis techniques to understand and optimize system performance, guide strategic decisions, predict and respond to issues, and measure and improve outcomes What we scout for To be a strong candidate for this position, we have an idea that you will possess many to most of these: Proven experience with AWS, Mulesoft, and Kafka-Confluent Strong understanding of SaaS architecture and integrations Understanding of data analysis techniques and principles and experience with data analysis tools Ability to interpret and communicate data insights Strong problem-solving skills along with excellent leadership and communication skills What team to join As our new Technical Lead, you become part of our dynamic Digital Data & IT (DD&IT) Development organization located in Søborg, Denmark, with around 120 colleagues in Denmark and 50 in India – each assigned to different Clinical Digitalization initiatives.
