The position
As a Senior Scientific Tech Lead, you will lead the development and technical execution across the FounData program. FounData is a seamless infrastructure in which our clinical data is pooled and prepared for insight-generation. Curating billions of secondary-use data points from past trials, real-world evidence, and ‘omics, FounData empowers data seekers across our organisation to create new insights.
Your responsibilities will include: Leading the technical development and execution across the program in collaboration with the product teams and in alignment with the digital vision. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and guiding the creation of innovative tech solutions by leveraging your tech expertise. Staying up-to-date with the latest in technology, setting the ambitions for innovation and execution. Tackling complex technical challenges with a proactive, solution-focused mindset. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have: Master’s degree or higher education in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Broad business understanding and extensive experience in managing large business transformation initiatives, business process definition, and reengineering. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to solving complex tech challenges. Innovative, self-driven, and a strategic thinker to drive future-oriented decisions. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage with engineers, developers, architects, and scrum masters in a constructive and collaborative way.
