Junior Labeling & Compliance Assistant – Student Position

Labeling and compliance support
As a Junior Labeling & Compliance Assistant, you will be an important member of our Biosafety and Labeling team, which is part of the larger Product Development Department consisting of 19 professionals working with Design & Development, Biosafety and Labeling. In this role, you will support and optimize the labeling process, coordinate labeling and compliance initiatives, and engage proactively in the implementation of labeling updates. You will be instrumental in supporting the product owners and undertaking various ad hoc tasks that contribute to the entire team's success. Your primary stakeholders are our Labeling specialists, and you will also engage with the entire PD team on various compliance tasks.
In addition to the professional part of the job, we offer a good canteen, Friday bar, employee club, pension scheme and health insurance. You can also join our social and professional Student events for example bowling, restaurant visits, career opportunities and much more.

You have a natural flair for artwork and aesthetics, and you have an eye for detail in your work. As this is a student position, you probably study for your bachelor’s or master’s. Line of study is not as important as the interest in labeling, design and aesthetics on product labelling is. You will probably meet some of the below requirements:

Your role
In the role as our new Junior Labeling & Compliance Assistant, your tasks will be to
- Assist in minor labeling updates and ensure the maintenance of labeling archives.
- Support the team with documentation tasks related to Class III medical devices.
- Coordinate labeling and compliance initiatives.
- Engage in medical writing and gain insights into the complexities of the medical device industry.
- Utilize design software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint) to support labeling tasks.
- Collaborate with different departments and maintain a high level of communication.
- Ad hoc tasks
About you
You have a natural flair for artwork and aesthetics, and you have an eye for detail in your work. As this is a student position, you probably study for your bachelor’s or master’s. Line of study is not as important as the interest in labeling, design and aesthetics on product labelling is. You will probably meet some of the below requirements:
- Self-driven and outgoing with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Independent, thorough, and structured, with a high-quality mindset.
- Creative, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Possibly experience with design software and technologies, i.e. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint.
- You know your Excel, and you easily create pivot tables and other data presentations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, Danish and English.
- Familiarity with Office SharePoint & SAP is a plus.
- Experience with GMP/GDP in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is an advantage.
