Labelling Specialist

Labelling and compliance support
As a Labelling Specialist, you will be an important member of our Labelling team, which is part of the larger Product Development Department consisting of 20 professionals working with Design & Development, Biosafety and Labelling. In this role, you will support and optimize the labelling process, coordinate labelling and compliance initiatives, and engage proactively in the implementation of labelling updates. You will be instrumental in supporting the product owners and undertaking labelling tasks that contribute to the entire team's success. Your primary stakeholders will primarily be regarding the labelling design phase and the labelling implementation phase – where key stakeholders are regulatory specialists, our clinical insights specialist and operations department. You will also engage with the entire Product Development team on various compliance tasks. It is important that you thrive working in project teams.

You have a natural flair for artwork and aesthetics, and you have an eye for detail in your work. Your entry to this job does not depend on a specific education – relevant practical experience can be sufficient.
Line of study is not as important as the interest in labelling and compliance tasks, design and aesthetics on product labelling is. You will probably meet some of the below requirements:

Your role
In the role as our new Labelling Specialist, your primary tasks will be to:
- Drive and execute on labelling updates and ensure the maintenance of labelling archives.
- Support the Product Development team with documentation tasks related to labelling of Class III medical devices and gain insights into the complexities of the medical device industry.
- Coordinate labelling and compliance initiatives.
- Utilize design software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint) to support labelling tasks.
- Collaborate with different departments and maintain a high level of communication.
- Project collaboration in a cross-functional setting
About you
You have a natural flair for artwork and aesthetics, and you have an eye for detail in your work. Your entry to this job does not depend on a specific education – relevant practical experience can be sufficient.
Line of study is not as important as the interest in labelling and compliance tasks, design and aesthetics on product labelling is. You will probably meet some of the below requirements:
- Self-driven and outgoing with a positive, can-do attitude.
- The ability to work independent and thoroughly, with a high-quality mindset.
- Structured mindset, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Possibly experience with design software and technologies, i.e. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, Danish and English.
- Familiarity with Office SharePoint & SAP is a plus.
- Experience with GMP/GDP in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is an advantage.
