Compliance Partner, Supply Chain Management

Securing compliance of our suppliers, CMOs and service providers

You will be in close contact with our suppliers, CMOs and service partners in a way that secures the usual high-quality standards for our products. Joining us, you will have a high degree of influence in a flat hierarchy and get the opportunity to work cross-functionally in a company that has the end-to-end production process responsibility.

Your role - Project-oriented compliance
Securing compliance of our suppliers, CMOs and service providers is your most important task. By learning and understanding their process and operation, you monitor and ensure that their changes or deviations are correctly handled.

You are a key player in the strategic team effort of selecting new suppliers and contract manufacturers. In general, your tasks are project-oriented and completed in collaboration with category managers and many other colleagues across the organization.

More specifically, you will:

  • Optimize supplier-, CMO- and service providers compliance set-ups through cost-efficiency and quality parameters
  • Lead and participate in compliance improvement activities
  • Evaluate impact of changes or deviations on our products and processes
  • Propose and describe relevant tasks to handle changes or deviation
  • Document and manage changes and deviations in our QMS system
  • Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk
  • Support in managing audits and management review

You have team spirit and technical knowledge
As you will be working with an array of different functions within Ferrosan Medical Devices, it is important that you have excellent teamworking skills. You must be able to work in a structured and analytical manner. To be successful in the job, it is important that you can collaborate with colleagues in different functions.

You will also be assigned tasks that require you to work on your own and without detailed instruction – which is why your ability to take the initiative is a key trait in your professional toolbox. Being responsible for many aspects regarding our suppliers, CMOs and service partners, you can present complex results to stakeholders with different levels of understanding.

Furthermore, you:

  • Have a background within logistics, supply chain, materials, pharmaceuticals or similar at a graduate level
  • Speak and write English and Danish on a corporate level

Ferrosan Medical Devices develops and produces a portfolio of medical devices used in surgical care. Our portfolio consists of various hemostatic products to minimize bleeding challenges in surgery and electromechanical medical devices to perform breast biopsies. We are an international company with products registered in more than 100 countries. Our products are marketed in collaboration with global MedTech partners. New ideas are developed and matured from the first thought to finished implementation in production. And we manage the business with an uncompromising focus on quality based on current GMP requirements.
