Team and Role
As our new Platform Engineer, you will become part of our DevSecOps team consisting of 5 highly skilled and professional colleagues.

The DevSecOps Platform offers a set of services and hosted tools that enable developers in Research&Development to efficiently and dynamically deploy and provision secured, compliant, effective developer environments and CI/CD pipelines with inbuild security features.

The DevSecOps Platform offers a set of services and hosted tools that enable developers in Research&Development to efficiently and dynamically deploy and provision secured, compliant, effective developer environments and CI/CD pipelines with inbuild security features.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:
- Contributing to deliver the large development items for the Platform
- Deployment and maintenance of the platform
- Collaborating with other Engineers on platform feature enhancements and optimization, providing valuable input and support
- Engaging in pair programming to contribute actively and enhance skills while supporting team progress
- Participating in knowledge-sharing sessions, both learning from others and contributing insights to foster team development
Qualifications
Key qualifications include the following skills and experience:
- Orchestration and containerized deployment preferably using Kubernetes
- Infrastructure configuration and management using Ansible
- Continuous deployment with GitOps workflows and tools like Argo CD, Helm Chart
- Monitoring and observability supported by tools like Prometheus.
- Kubernetes Security Hardening
- Log Management Solutions and ELK Stack
- Test automation preferably using Robot Framework
- Programming and scripting languages (ex. Python and Bash) to write secure code and scripts for automation
- Agile development and collaboration principles supported by preferably JIRA
It is possible to learn and develop within the role as Platform Engineer and we ensure to provide a thorough onboarding process
Required education / degree
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field of study
Personal Profile:
- You have a collaborative approach and ask questions to understand the bigger picture as well as the detailed tasks
- You demonstrate a proactive mindset, take ownership of tasks and learn from mistakes
- You are proficient in troubleshooting basic issues and improve over time
- You contribute streamlining operations and implementing best practices
